Golden State Exterior Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial window cleaning, screen cleaning, hard water stain removal, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning services in Fresno, Clovis, Madera, and surrounding Central Valley areas of California. All services are performed by or under the direct supervision of owner Destin Fernandez.
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or text message are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was described (e.g., additional windows, severe hard water buildup, or access difficulties discovered on-site). Any changes will be communicated to you before work begins.
Appointments are confirmed via text or phone. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
Bronze and Silver package services include a 3-day rain guarantee. Gold package services include a 7-day rain guarantee. If it rains within the applicable guarantee period after your service, we will return to re-clean affected exterior windows at no charge. This guarantee applies to rain only and does not cover damage, dust, sprinklers, or other causes.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, etched glass, or conditions beyond the scope of standard window cleaning.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service. For two-story homes, upper-floor screens may need to be removed from inside — please ensure someone is home or make arrangements in advance. We will treat your property with care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that existed prior to our service.
Golden State Exterior Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for damage to windows, screens, or surfaces that were already compromised, damaged, or improperly installed prior to our service.
By providing your phone number and requesting a quote, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Golden State Exterior Cleaning LLC regarding your inquiry, appointment, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and other payment methods as communicated at time of booking. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
